Continuing this year's focus on job creation and innovative U.S. industries, members of Congress hosted key energy policy experts to discuss the natural gas revolution that is creating American jobs and energy security. This was the second installment of the Jobs and Innovation Forum series.
On October 14, 2011 the House passed this bipartisan legislation to provide for the safe management and disposal of coal ash in a way that preserves jobs and encourages recycling. This legislation was also included in H.R. 4348, the Surface Transportation Extension Act of 2012.
