Committee Internship Program

  • The Committee on the Judiciary’s internship program offers both undergraduate and law students an opportunity to experience the operation of a congressional committee first hand and learn about the important role that House committees play in the legislative process.  The Committee on the Judiciary has jurisdiction over a wide range of legislative and oversight issues which include constitutional amendments, litigation reform, patent and trademark law, federal criminal law, federal civil rights law, antiterrorism, immigration and naturalization, and antitrust.
  • Fall 2014 deadline for applications:  June 1st
  • Spring 2015 deadline for applications:  October 1st
  • Summer 2015 deadline for applications (two sessions):  February 15th
