(Louisville, KY) Employers will be accepting resumes on site and Louisville job seekers will be able to receive free professional advice on resume writing, job-hunting, and interviewing at Congressman John Yarmuth’s “Build Your Skills” event tomorrow.

More than 400 Louisvillians attended Yarmuth’s 2010 “Build Your Skills” event, with many landing interviews that led to new jobs and some getting hired on the spot. This year, workshops will be led by career counselors and experts, while one-on-one resume advice and interviewing tips will also be available. In addition, employers with hundreds of job openings will be in attendance.

Hosted in conjunction with KentuckianaWorks and the Louisville Urban League, Congressman Yarmuth’s event is free and open to residents of the 3^rd Congressional District.
