Replaces the sequester – which would cause deep cuts to important domestic priorities and defense – through fiscal year 2014 using a balanced approach to deficit reduction, with about half the savings from spending cuts and half from revenues. Protects our most vulnerable citizens, ask those earning over $1 million per year to contribute more, eliminate Agriculture direct payments, and cut subsidies for Big Oil.
