The Importance of Rehabilitation in America’s Healthcare System

As co-chairs of the Bipartisan Disabilities Caucus, we hope you will accept the invitation you have received to a Congressional Briefing on the Importance of Rehabilitation to America’s Healthcare System.  The featured speaker will be Dr. Gerard Francisco, Congresswoman Gabrielle Giffords’ attending rehabilitation physician.  Lunch will begin at noon followed by an important and timely discussion on the value of rehabilitation services and devices to all Americans, especially those that have sustained injuries, have disabilities and live with chronic conditions.  The briefing will take place on Thursday, June 23, from 12:00 to 1:30pm in HVC-200 of the Capitol Visitors Center.
