Flag Request

Senator Shaheen’s office can help organizations and individuals purchase flags that have been flown over the United States Capitol Building for special occasions, such as retirements, birthdays and anniversaries. Flags are accompanied by a certificate of authenticity from the Architect of the Capitol. It is also possible to get an official United States flag that has not been flown over the Capitol.

If you would like to order a flag, please complete the form below, print it, and mail it with a check made out to “Keeper of the Stationery” to Senator Shaheen’s office. If you have any questions please feel free to call the Washington office at 202.224.2841.
