Congressional Internships in Washington, D.C.

Congressman Lipinski offers internships in his Washington office during the fall, spring, and summer. Interested applicants can fill out an internship application form. For more information, please contact the Washington office at (202) 225-5701.

Nominations to Service Academies

Students interested in admission to any of our nation's four Service Academies are required to obtain a Congressional nomination as part of the application process. This nomination is required for admission to the Air Force Academy, West Point Military Academy, Naval Academy, and the Merchant Marine Academy. The application process for the Coast Guard Academy does not require a Congressional nomination.

College Financial Aid Resources is a comprehensive listing compiled by the Congressional Research Service to assist students in applying for financial aid, scholarships, and student loans.

Studentaid.gov is a student's gateway to the U.S. government. This page provides information on how students can plan and pay for their education. There is also information on campus life, career development, online study help, military service, and more. This site provides extensive, accurate, and up-to-date data on federal aid that is available to help students pay for college.
