Injured Underage Worker Successfully Sues Local Labor Bureau for Failure to Investigate Violations of Child Labor Laws

According to an article appearing on the China Court website, an underage worker injured on-the-job successfully sued the local labor bureau for its failure to investigate his employer, a brickyard, for violations of child labor laws.
