Today the House of Representatives passed by a vote of 408 to 9 the Ryan White HIV/AIDS Treatment Extension Act of 2009.  The bill will extend for four years the Ryan White Program, which provides funding to cities, states and public and nonprofit entities to assist in core medical and support services for people living with HIV/AIDS.
