Thank you for your interest in the U.S. Service Academies. As your 2nd District Representative in the U.S. House of Representatives, each year I have the privilege of nominating a limited number of people to four of the five service academies. The honor of attending a service academy comes with an obligation and commitment to serve in the military for a minimum of five years upon graduation. An information session on Service Academies will be held from 10:00 a.m. - Noon on Saturday, Feb. 22 at NSU Muskogee, Administration Building, 2400 W. Shawnee, Muskogee, OK.

To request a Military Academy nomination from my office, please download and submit the form below to my Muskogee District Office. All applications must be returned by the November 6, 2014 deadline. Please note the following dates in the 2014 Service Academy nomination process:
Thursday 11/06/2014 Application due to the Muskogee Office
Tuesday 12/09/2014 Academy Interviews
Monday 12/15/2014 Academy Letters will be mailed
