During the recent district work period, I held informational meetings regarding the Environmental Protection Agency’s proposed rule regarding “Waters of the United States” (WOTUS) under the Clean Water Act and how this proposal will redefine navigable waters under the Act. Our meetings were held in Broken Bow, Vinita, McAlester and Okmulgee.

The sessions were held in Pryor, Muskogee, Durant and Poteau.
