News Release/Advisory Distribution

Advisories announcing events to occur within the Capitol complex will also be used to update the Congressional Radio-TV Galleries Electronic Bulletin Board System located on the web at http://ebbs.senate.gov and the News Events page.

Releases sent to the Gallery will be posted the day they are received. Notices of press conferences or events remain posted until after the event. If you want a release to be placed in a particular reporter's mailbox, you must specifically address your release to that individual. The Gallery does not accept FAXed news releases unless they are directed to a specific reporter.
