I am pleased to assist constituents in requesting U.S. flags flown over the U.S. Capitol building. Flags can be requested to fly over the U.S. Capitol Building Monday - Friday. Each flag is boxed and includes a certificate with your personal inscription.
If you would like to order a flag from my district office, please fill out an order form and mail it to the address below or fax it to (937) 225-2752.
If you would like to place your order online with a credit card please complete this order form. Note: there is a nominal processing fee for all credit card transactions.
Please allow up to one (1) week for processing and pick-up from our Dayton Office. For flags with personal inscriptions please allow up to ten (10) days for pick-up.

Once your request and check are received, my staff will place your order. Checks must be enclosed with your form or dropped off in my Dayton office to begin processing.

If the flag is for a friend or local club, please make sure to include that information on the order form so the flag certificate will be filled out appropriately. With advance notice, it is possible to have your flag flown over the Capitol on a specific date. Be sure to indicate the desired flying date on the order form.
Your flag should be ready to pick up within one week of your request. Please note that my office cannot guarantee the delivery of flags by specific dates, ceremonies, or occasions.
*Partisan or political statements will not be submitted to the Architect of the Capitol. Our office reserves the right not to submit to the Architect of the Capitol inappropriate statements on flag certificates.
