Ending “Too Big To Fail”
Recently. the Government Accountability Office released its second, highly anticipated report requested by Sen. Brown and Sen. David Vitter (R-LA) on the taxpayer subsidy enjoyed by the biggest Wall Street banks that the market believes are “Too Big to Fail.” The report found that if another crisis happened tomorrow, megabanks would still be propped up by billions in taxpayer dollars.
