LARSON OPENS SATELLITE DISTRICT OFFICE IN BRISTOL

BRISTOL- U.S. Congressman John B. Larson (CT-01) has opened his satellite District office located in Bristol Town Hall. The office is on the first floor and is open for regular office hours on a part time basis. It is staffed by one of the Congressman's district aides who handles casework and constituent calls. The office will be open every Tuesday from 10:00am to 4:00pm except the second Tuesday of each month, when it will be open from 2:00pm to 8:00pm to coincide with Town Council meetings and accommodate constituents who need to meet with a staff member outside of regular business hours.

Larson stated: "When we gained new towns in the First Congressional District that were some distance away from my Hartford office, I made a commitment to open a satellite office here in Bristol that would be more convenient for people that live in Bristol, Southington and our towns in the Northwest part of the District. In addition to my Hartford office, this office and my staff here in Bristol will serve as another resource for new First District residents and we will continue to assist these constituents in any way possible."

Larson opened the office for new First Congressional District towns located closer to Bristol than to Larson's main District office, located on Main Street in Hartford. The towns are Bristol, Southington, New Hartford, a portion of Torrington as well as Winchester, Barkhamsted, Hartland and Colebrook. In addition, a toll free number is now available for constituents to reach either office: 1-888-716-4734. The regular office number for Hartford is 860-278-8888.
