Very pleased that the President recently signed an executive order that bars federal contractors from discriminating against employees on the basis of their sexual orientation or gender identity. Another step forward for equal rights in our nation. Now it is time for Congress to act and pass ENDA so no LGBT employee can be discriminated against.
