U.S. Representative Ed Royce

39th District of California

If you would like to purchase a U.S. flag or purchase a flag that has been flown over the U.S. Capitol Building, please contact Rep. Royce's D.C. office at (202) 225-4111 or use this link to fill out the form to make an order online. These flags can be displayed in public buildings, residences, and classrooms, and are a way to commemorate special occasions. Flying flags over the U.S. Capitol Building takes about 3-4 weeks and each flag comes with a personalized certificate. According to the U.S. Flag Code 36s 176(k), "The flag, when it is in such condition that it is no longer a fitting emblem of display, should be destroyed in a dignified way, preferably by burning." Rep. Royce will also collect old, worn-out flags to ensure that they are retired properly. If you have an old flag that is unfit to fly, please drop it off at his Brea office, located at 210 W. Birch Street, Suite 201, in Brea, CA.

Flags are also available and in stock in the Brea office for purchase.  These are previously flown flags with certificates.  Please contact the flag coordinator in the Brea office to check the availability of the size and type of flag you would like.
