Financial Aid 101
Federal Government
Provides general resources about types and different opportunities on how to obtain financial aid.
FAFSA – Applying for Aid with the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). The office of Federal Student Aid provides grants, loans, and work-study funds for college or career school, as a part of the U.S. Department of Education.
Arizona State Grant Agency
The State of Arizona has several programs available for eligible Arizona resident students to help meet the costs of higher education. All programs require that students have a current and valid Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) on file.
529 Plan
A college savings program designed to help families save for college. The 529 program is sponsored through the Arizona Commission for Postsecondary Education by the State of Arizona.
