Flag Requests

Senator Hagan's constituents can request a flag that has been flown over the U.S. Capitol to commemorate a special occasion or event. Many North Carolinians request a flag for personal or ceremonial purposes. Requested flags must be paid for before they can be flown. Flags can be purchased by sending a check or money order made out to "The Keeper of the Stationery." All requests by mail must be accompanied with a completed flag request form.
