U.S. Senator Kay Hagan invites all 7th through 12th grade students and middle and high school counselors from across North Carolina to attend Military Service Academy Day 2013 at Randolph Community College on Saturday, September 21. The event will provide an opportunity for students, parents and counselors to learn more about the five service academies and Senator Hagan's nomination process.

"North Carolina is the most military-friendly state in the country, and I am proud that my office can help outstanding young men and women from across the state who want to attend one of the nation's five prestigious service academies," said Senator Hagan, a member of the Senate Armed Services Committee.

Senator Hagan's Academy Nominations Staff will be joined by representatives from the U.S. Air Force Academy, U.S Coast Guard Academy, U.S. Merchant Marine Academy, U.S. Military Academy and U.S. Naval Academy.
