Halifax International Security Forum & Visiting Virginians Serving with the Fifth Fleet in Bahrain

Senator Kaine joined Senator McCain (R-AZ) in leading the U.S. Congressional delegation to the 2013 Halifax International Security Forum in Nova Scotia, and visited with Virginians serving with the  U.S. Navy’s Fifth Fleet and Combined Maritime Forces in Manama, Bahrain.
