WASHINGTON – Congresswoman Renee Ellmers released the following statement from her office in Washington this morning:

"I'm excited to announce the launch of WhipCast. This free app, which you can download onto your iPhone, iPad, Blackberry or Android, gives you an unprecedented connection to the important legislation being drafted in Congress.
