Representative John Carney (D-Del.) has been recognized by the American Society of Clinical Oncology for his efforts to prevent cancer and help those battling disease on June 1 at ASCO’s annual meeting in Chicago.

Representative John Carney (D-Del.) has been recognized by the American Society of Clinical Oncology for his efforts to prevent cancer and help those battling disease on June 1 at ASCO’s annual meeting in Chicago. 

Carney has been a member of the Delaware Cancer Consortium since its creation in 2001. During that time, he helped the successful implementation of Delaware’s colorectal cancer screening program.
