Casework Assistance

Navigating federal agencies and their regulations can be very difficult.  Bill’s most important job as a Member of Congress is to help you with that process and advocate with federal agencies on your behalf.

Since Bill is a federal elected official, all casework undertaken by him or his staff must relate to a federal  issue, for example, helping a constituent to obtain Social Security or Veterans benefits.

Members of Congress and their staff cannot order a federal agency to expedite your case or decide a matter in your favor.  We may be able to help you get a prompt response and resolution, however.

Our staff in the South Shore, Cape and Islands, and South Coast offices are always available to answer any casework questions you may have.  Below is also a list of certain questions to consider when seeking casework assistance.
