Representative Blake Farenthold Releases Statement on Holder Resignation
Washington, D.C. – U.S. Representative Blake Farenthold (R-TX) releases the following statement on the resignation of Attorney General, Eric Holder.
Representative Farenthold: “Attorney General, Eric Holder was found in contempt of Congress in June of 2012. I’ve called for his resignation multiple times. His resignation is long overdue and a good thing for the American people. We need an Attorney General that will focus on enforcing our laws and not the President’s liberal agenda.”
