Waxman released an analysis comparing the first publicly available Affordable Care Act (ACA) premium filings for 2015 to the dire predictions made by Republican leaders and ACA opponents.  The analysis finds that in the first two states that released 2015 premiums – Virginia and Washington – enrollees in most ACA plans can reduce their premiums next year.
