Congressman Filemon Vela met with Alice High School seniors on Wednesday to discuss college preparation.
Vela visited several other schools in the area to speak about the importance of pursuing a higher education. Vela discussed the college application process and how to obtain financial aid. The seniors had a chance to ask Vela questions after his presentation.
