Student financial aid information as well as the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) is available online as well as information regarding repayment or consolidation of student loans. Information on grants and contracts to state and local school systems to meet the needs of elementary students, secondary students and special students is also highlighted.
Determine if your concerns are with the federal government or the state of Florida. If your problem or issue is with the federal government, send the Privacy Act form, which you can complete and print in Step Two, to Representative Crenshaw. Be sure to sign the document and include your address and daytime phone number. Mail or fax the Privact Act waiver to the Jacksonville office of Representative Crenshaw along with any additional information you may have regarding your case.
