Returning User

If you are running Internet Explorer (IE) 10 and reached this page, please enable Compatibility View by performing the following steps:

1. If you do not see a menu bar in IE that has a "Tools" option below the location bar and tabs, right-click in the empty blue area to the right of the tabs in IE and select "Command Bar".
2. Click on the "Tools" menu in the Command Bar and if you do not see a check next to "Compatibility View" in the Tools menu, click on "Compatibility View" to enable it.
3. When Compatibility View is enabled the page will refresh and you will now be able to use the application.
