Welcome to your electronic office. This is where you as a resident of the 16th Congressional District of California can have your voice heard. Before you get started, please read below on how I can best assist you.

I want to hear from you. Due to the high volume of e-mails the office receives daily, please limit your email to concerns with federal issues or legislation. This will ensure that your e-mail is handled in the most efficient manner. Please be patient as it may take me a while to respond to your email. Also, please note, if you are a resident of the 16th Congressional District of California but are visiting or living elsewhere, please use your address of residence in the 16th District on the webform. If you do not, I will not receive your email due to constituent courtesy rules that prohibit me from responding to the constituents of another Member of Congress
