Makes in order a motion by the chair of the Committee on Science and Technology that the House concur in the Senate amendment. 3. Provides one hour of debate on the motion equally divided and controlled by the chair and ranking minority member of the Committee on Science and Technology. 4. Waives all points of order against consideration of the motion except those arising under clause 10 of rule XXI. 5. Provides that the Senate amendment shall be considered as read. 6. Provides for the consideration of the Senate amendments to H.R. 2751. 7. Makes in order a motion by the chairman of the Committee on Energy and Commerce or his designee that the House concur in the Senate amendments to H.R. 2751. 8. Provides one hour of debate on the motion equally divided and controlled by the chair and ranking minority member of the Committee on Energy and Commerce. 9.
