H.R. 3590, introduced by Rep. Robert Latta, opens up wilderness areas and national monuments to hunting and recreational shooting and bars EPA from regulating lead in ammunition and sportfishing equipment under the Toxic Substances Control Act.  This legislation is similar in policy to H.R. 4089, which passed the House in the 112th Congress on April 17, 2012.
