The legislation would amend Section 529 of the Internal Revenue Service Code to allow use of tax-free savings accounts for individuals with disabilities. The bill, would ease financial strains faced by individuals with disabilities by making tax-free savings accounts available to cover qualified expenses such as education, housing, medical, and transportation.

Our country has a broken immigration system that needs a real solution, not a quick fix. The president's unilateral action on immigration is not an effective, long term solution to our broken system, and it will set back the American peoples' goal to move forward with effective an accountable solutions.
Recently, President Obama has made headlines by threatening to take action on immigration reform – without input from Congress. Though details of any plan the president might be considering are murky, one thing is clear: any changes made to U.S. immigration policy should NOT circumvent the U.S. Congress.
