Congressman Thompson to Attend Parade and Program Honoring a “Singing Legend”

Congressman Bennie G. Thompson (D-MS) will participate in a parade and gospel program honoring Jimmie Lewis a “Singing Legend” on Saturday, October 27, 2012. The Parade will begin at 10 am in downtown Bolton, MS and the Gospel Program will begin at 1 p.m. at St. Thomas Family Life Center, 4699 Saint Thomas Rd, Bolton, MS 39041.

Jimmie Lewis, a lifelong resident of Bolton is being honored for his unselfish dedication and devotion to his hometown and the entire Jackson community.
