CONGRESSMAN THOMPSON ANNOUNCES $491,416 AWARDED TO ALCORN STATE UNIVERSITY

BOLTON, MISSISSIPPI – Today, United States Representative Bennie G. Thompson (D-MS) announced The United States Department of Agriculture has awarded $491,416 through the National Institute of Food and Agriculture to Alcorn State University for the development and evaluation of purslane as functional feed for production of omega-3 healthy pork.
