CONGRESSMAN THOMPSON NOMINATES MADISON YOUTH TO NAVAL ACADEMY

BOLTON, MISSISSIPPI – Michael Jacobson has been nominated by United States Congressman Bennie G. Thompson to the United States Naval Academy.

Mr. Jacobson is scheduled to graduate in May 2012 from Madison Central High School, Madison, Mississippi where he is a member of the National Honor Society, Beta Club, Corps Commander of AFJROTC.  Mr. Jacobson was a 2011 Boys State Attorney General Nominee, Technical Sergeant of the Civil Air Patrol, member of his church’s Youth and Mission Auxiliaries, Certified Life Guard, and is active in various civic organizations. He has received numerous academic, achievement, and civic awards.

Michael is the son of Mr. Joseph and Mrs. Rachel Jacobson of Madison, Mississippi.
