Congressman Thompson ANNOUNCES $1,005,000 Economic Development Initiative Special Project Grant to the City of Jackson

BOLTON, MISSISSIPPI – Today, United States Representative Bennie G. Thompson (D-MS) announced The United States Department of Housing and Urban Development has awarded an Economic Development Initiative Special Projects Grant in the amount of $1,005,000 to the City of Jackson.

The funds will be used to make property improvements related to the Capitol Street Renaissance.
