2013 Outlook Calendar

To save the 2013 House Legislative Calendar to your Microsoft Outlook Calendar, follow the directions listed below:

1)    Download the 2013 House Calendar .csv file to your computer by clicking this link
2)    Select the “File” tab on the top left hand corner of the main page of Microsoft Outlook, and click on the “Import and Export…” tab
3)    Select “Import from another program or file” and click “Next”
4)    Select  “Comma Separated Values (Windows)” and click “Next”
5)    Find the downloaded House Calendar .csv from step 1 and select “Do not import duplicate items” and click “Next”
6)    Select “Calendar” and click “Next”.  *Note: Select the “Calendar” listed under the “Mailbox” folder. Do not select the Calendar listed under the “Archived Folders”
7)    The next window will have a title that says 'The following actions will be performed.' below the title will be a box that reads, “Import ‘2013calendar’ into folder: ‘Calendar" 
8)    Check that box and click on “Import ‘2013calendar’.csv into folder: "Calendar"
9)    From this point, you should be given the option to click “Finish”

If you do not have a "Finish" button visible, click on the “Map Custom Fields” tab and drag the fields listed below from the left window into the right window

SUBJECT to Subject
START_DATE to Start Date
END_DATE to End Date
ALL_DAY_EVENT to All Day Event
REMINDER ON/OFF to Reminder On/Off
LOCATION to Location

10) Click "OK", then click "Finish"
