The Subcommittee on Energy and Power held a hearing on Tuesday, July 29, 2014, at 10:00 a.m. in 2123 Rayburn House Office Building.  The hearing was titled “FERC Perspectives: Questions Concerning EPA’s Proposed Clean Power Plan and other Grid Reliability Challenges.”  The five members of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission were invited to testify.
