During this time of increased volatility in the Middle East and strained relationships with both Russia and China, American leadership in world affairs is vital.  As a nation, a strong national defense is critical to meet the challenges of a dangerous and shifting global landscape, as well as maintaining relationships with crucial allies.  That is why I am proud to be the co-chair for the caucuses of some of the United States’ biggest partners, including the Israel Caucus, the Caucus on India and Indian Americans, and the South Korea Caucus.

This is the latest in a string of barbaric acts of violence against Israeli citizens by terrorists who value death over life and hate over peace.
