Thank you for your interest in attending a U.S. Service Academy.  As the Congressman for Illinois’ 11th District in the U.S. House of Representatives, I have the privilege of nominating a limited number of people to four of the five service academies each year.  The honor of attending a service academy comes with an obligation and commitment to serve in the military for a minimum of five years upon graduation. 

If you wish to apply for a nomination to a Service Academy, my office requires that you complete the application found here.  All materials should be mailed to my district office located at 2711 E. New York Street, Suite 204, Aurora, IL 60502.
