Flags

Because I will be retiring from Congress at the end of the year, I will no longer be able to process any new flag requests after November 1.   The deadline to fly them over the Capitol will be November 15. 

The Architect of the Capitol fulfills more than 100,000 flag requests a year so be sure to make your request two months in advance and then allow six to eight weeks after the “flying date” to receive your flag. Please note that my office cannot process your request or have your flag flown until we have received payment.
