Whitfield Meets with Cairo Elementary Students Via Skype

WASHINGTON, D.C. - U.S. Rep. Ed Whitfield (KY-01), Chairman of the House Subcommittee on Energy and Power, today conducted a Skype interview with students in Michael Goad’s third grade class at Cairo Elementary School in Henderson from his Washington, D.C. office. Whitfield opened the interview with a few comments and then answered questions from the students.
“It was great having a Skype meeting with Mr. Goad’s third grade Cairo Elementary students,” stated Whitfield. “These are very intelligent kids, and they asked some great questions. I think we may have a future Member of Congress in that classroom!”
