WASHINGTON—Last week, Congressman Stockman signed onto Congressman Franks’ “Pain Capable Unborn Child Protection Act” letter addressed to Senator Harry Reid (R-NV).

“Instead of blocking this bill, Senator Reid should let it come up for a vote. It is a common sense bill that will protect women from the horrific physiological, psychological, and emotional impacts of late-term abortion,” said Congressman Stockman. “It will also give their unborn children the equal opportunity to live, a right we all have. Their right to life needs to be protected.”
