WASHINGTON -- The United States Supreme Court Thursday morning unanimously ruled in NLRB v. Canning that President Barack Obama’s supposed recess appointments to the National Labor Relations Board were invalid, as they were made while the Senate in pro forma session.

WASHINGTON – Congressman Steve Stockman released the following statement Monday morning after the United States Supreme Court struck down an EPA plan to regulate carbon dioxide as an unconstitutional expansion of its authority:

The Supreme Court convicted Senate Democrats of conspiring to kill jobs. 

The illegal EPA plan the Court struck down was supported and funded by Senate Democrats as part of their larger plan to downsize the economy.  Senate Democrats were told Obama’s EPA scheme was unlawful and a job killer, and they funded it anyway.
