2010 Water Resources Development Act Project Requests

As the Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure prepares legislation to reauthorize the Water Resources Development Act (WRDA), I have submitted the following projects for the Committee’s consideration.  I have attached additional information regarding these projects for further review.  Below is the list of project requests in no particular order for review:

- City of Ada flood damage reduction project to increase Section 205 cap for this project from $7 million to $10.533 million .

- City of Montevideo flood damage reduction project to increase Section 205 cap for this project from $7 million to $10 million.

- Fargo-Moorhead Metropolitan area flood damage reduction project .
