North Texas Crime Commission Salutes Hall

WASHINGTON, DC . . . Last evening the North Texas Crime Commission (NTCC) held its third annual Congressional reception on Capitol Hill.  The reception, sponsored by PepsiCo Global Security, saluted Rep. Ralph Hall (TX-04) and the Texas Congressional Delegation.

David Dean, North Texas Crime Commission Chairman, and Kenda Culpepper, Rockwall County District Attorney, presented members of Rep. Hall’s staff with a resolution adopted at the regular meeting of the Legislative Committee of the NTCC held in Rockwall County on October 21, 2014.  Also in attendance were Rockwall County Sheriff Harold Eavenson and wife Marcia, and others affiliated with the organization.

The resolution recognizes and honors Rep. Hall’s lifetime of leadership and service in the United States Navy as an aircraft carrier pilot, as Rockwall County Judge, as a Texas State Senator, and as U.S. Representative for the Fourth Congressional District, and “for his positive contributions to the North Texas Region, which reach deep and wide after many decades of service.”

The resolution also commends Rep. Hall for his service as the Dean of the Texas Congressional Delegation, as Chairman of the Science, Space & Technology Committee, and as a member of the Energy & Commerce Committee, all of which “positioned him to contribute positively to the economic strength and growth of the United States of America, the State of Texas, and the North Texas region.”
