Where is the 4th District?

The 4th Congressional District of Texas is located in the northeast corner of The Lone Star State and borders Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Louisiana. As someone who was born in Fate and raised in Rockwall, Texas, I can attest to the sense of community and friendship that binds the people of this District together.

Economy

In 2011, the 4th District was ranked 3rd in the nation among congressional districts for most manufacturing jobs (91,931), according to the National Association of Manufacturers.  And in April of 2013, Chief Executive Magazine ranked Texas as the #1 State for doing business for the ninth year in a row.

While this is positive news, many American families continue to struggle across the nation, which is why my top priorities in Washington continue to be promoting a healthy economy and job creation.
