ECM Post Revieew: Commending Nolan for crossing the aisle

I am writing today to commend Congressman Rick Nolan for crossing the aisle to support the Keystone pipeline bill and the 44,000 good paying American jobs it will generate – plus billions of dollars in additional tax revenue communities will use to help build schools, roads, bridges, parks and public buildings.

Nolan voted no to an earlier Keystone bill that failed to include tough environmental protections and financial guarantees. This bipartisan bill is a big improvement, and Nolan’s support proves once again that he is a real, common sense leader.
