Residents of California’s 31st Congressional District who are experiencing problems with a federal agency may contact Congressman Miller’s office for assistance. Mr. Miller will work on your behalf to clarify your position with the government or have an agency take a closer look at your request.
Please note that federal law is very clear in the protocol between a federal agency and a congressional office. Although Mr. Miller will advocate your position, he will not interfere in the agency’s internal process. Also, please note that Mr. Miller is strictly prohibited by law from interceding in legal matters or issues governed by the State of California.
